Our philosophy is simple: don't fuss with the food, let the quality shine through.
Dining at Imperial Hotel is a special experience. Since being awarded 2 AA Rosettes in Café Cru, our fabulous chefs have really raised the bar, with a tastebud tantalising menu that makes the most of local produce and seasonal ingredients, mixing textures and flavours to produce delicious dishes. The menu features exquisite fish and melt-in-your-mouth meat, as well as imaginative vegan, vegetarian and gluten free meals. Our carefully curated accompanying wine list has been hand-picked by hotel proprietor, Nick, and we'd be happy to make a recommendation.

Please note that there is no longer a legal requirement for you to wear a facemask indoors, however we ask that you consider your facemask decision carefully, as some of our corridors are very narrow.
