Sous Chef
Our Cafe Cru and Terrace Restaurants serve a combination of innovative and traditional cuisine, often taking advantage of the areas fresh sea food. We are renowned for classic dishes with a modern twist.
This is an all year round position 5 days per week including weekends and shift work. Salary depending on experience
Applicants must have a passion for food, creativity, strong supervisory skills, guiding and mentoring the whole team. NVQ Level 3 in Catering or equivalent required.

Apprentice Commis Chef
This is an outstanding opportunity to develop a career as a professional chef while working with an exceptional team at The Imperial Hotel - a luxury, four-star establishment with two AA Rosettes for culinary excellence. Working with our team of highly experienced chefs, developing your knowledge of food, using locally sourced, seasonal produce you will be trained to assist with a wide range of kitchen duties.
Other than the requirement of, approximately twelve full days college attendance to support the end point assessment process, the Level 2 Commis Chef Apprenticeship Standard training programme is primarily delivered in the workplace. Should you not possess suitable concession qualifications, you will be required to attend college to undertake Functional Skills Qualifications.
