Thank you very much for being so thorough and checking so carefully.

We enjoyed the stay in your hotel and the breakfast was top. Not often nowadays does one find breakfast being served by waiters/waitresses at the table. Most places are self-service. What was most appreciated was the food being cooked to order and hence being fresh and not dried out and shriveled up whilst it was kept warm. An excellent service. We had a meal in the restaurant with a group of people on the night we stayed and this was delicious too.

Thank you again for your effort, wishing you all the best for the summer season.

Dear Nick,

We just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our first visit to The Imperial Hotel yesterday. The food was exceptionally well cooked and presented and accompanied by such interesting wines. We found all of your staff to be everything a guest could wish for - helpful, polite and welcoming, would you be kind enough to pass our thanks on to them please.

Also, thank you for showing us around 'Cafe Cru' this morning - most impressive - and as discussed we look forward to returning with Margaret & Tony King in the very near future.

Back home now and reminiscing on what was a wonderful 60th birthday party. Sorry it's behind me!

The function was very well organized.... a super four course meal served extremely efficiently. The room looked lovely.

Thank you so much for everything... Very comfortable accommodation, nice and warm, a good Imperial breakfast and an excellent evening meal in the Cafe Cru. Your staff are a credit to you.... all of them were extremely kind and helpful and what a delightful wife you have!

In future if we need accommodation in Great Yarmouth you will be our first port of call. I cannot thank you enough it was fantastic.

I have just had the most enjoyable stay at the Imperial hotel, on the occasion of my daughters wedding, Nick & Paula and their staff had arranged everything we asked of them, to perfection for Corrine & Robert Eastoe's wedding & reception on September 12^th 2009.

Prior to the event, they had given us every assistance & advice to ensure that every detail had the benefit of their considerable experience, but allowed our personal choices to be made, to make the event special in every way.

Guests especially praised the hot food & efficient service. It was a truly wonderful day from beginning to end, and I would recommend the experience to any couple planning their big day in the future

My wife and I have just returned from 3 wonderful days in Great Yarmouth where we stayed at the Imperial Hotel, the only 4* hotel in Great Yarmouth I believe.

Firstly, the receptionist was on the ball, very communicative and started our stay in the right way. The hotel stems from Victorian times and still holds a lot of charm and original features and whilst it has been updated and refurbished recently, it certainly has not lost any of its character.

We chose a sea view room on the top floor. The room was of a decent size, immaculately clean and had a decent view of their long and expansive sandy beach. The bathroom was also clean and of a good size.

Breakfast was wonderful. The cooked English breakfast appeared to be cooked (grilled) and they used fresh, good quality products. The attentive service staff ensured that you were not waiting long to be seated or waiting for your breakfast to arrive.

The Cafe Cru under the hotel is an absolutely wonderful place to eat. The food is fresh and the menu has a fine selection to choose from, especially Fish Friday and it is not overpriced. The ambience was warm and friendly and there seemed to be a lot of locals using the restaurant, which is always a good sign.

All in all a wonderful stay, in a warm and charming hotel that should be praised for the level of service it offers. The proprietors have ensured that after recent refurbishment works the hotel has not lost and character and have filled the place with warm, friendly and attentive staff. Senyah - Woking

I am writing this short email to say what a great day we had at your great hotel on the 28th June my son and his then partner booked there wedding reception at your hotel and what a great time was had by one and all, the dinner was FAB very hot and well cooked and the staff that served it was great as well very polite and very fast the evening buffet was the same everybody that came and spoke to me had nothing but great words to say there was a lot of people who have been to a great amount of place's and they all said the same what a great meal and great staff a credit to the Imperial Hotel by the way i am Mr Rees Snr the person in the wheelchair your staff couldn't do enough for me what ever i wanted to do or go they where there, so i would like to say a big thank you for making my son and new daughter-in-law's day a wonderful day to remember, i will close now but again thank you. Sandra and I would like to write and say thank you for a wonderful weekend we had at our Wedding on May 1st 2010. Starting with the Friday night meal we had with our children and grandchildren with meals and surroundings were superb. The day of the Wedding went without a hitch with many thanks to you both including all the friendly staff who made the complete day a total success. The Sandown Suite makes a lovely wedding room and the meal that followed was wonderful, everyone said how much they enjoyed the day and the surroundings. We found our room very clean and clearly of a good standard, this comment was also passed by others who were staying in the hotel. Finishing the Sunday morning with a good Breakfast completed what was for us a wonderful weekend. Once again many thanks and every success for the future.

Just wanted to drop you a line, we dined at your restaurant last Friday evening and the food and service was excellent. We will be advising our friends of this, as we are Pub owners I know how important good feed back is. If I had only one critisim to make it would be to have dimmer lighting in the evening, this would be a good move and make it a top place to eat in Yarmouth.
