This is always a special time of year at the Imperial. Executive chef Stephen Duffield and his team pull out all the stops to produce a whole range of magnificent dishes, while Nick is on hand to help you choose just the right wine from our unrivalled list. For those in a party mood, Aileen is in charge of the festive fun and games.
