Royal Warrants


We are delighted to welcome back James to the Imperial Hotel to host his annual tasting .
This year we thought it would be fitting to have a tasting with a royal theme as our queen has recently celebrated her 90th birthday  and last year she became the longest reigning monarch, We will Show case a selection of  the Corney and Barrow  own label wines which proudly display the Royal Warrants.

Corney and Barrow ‘s Royal Warrants date back to George V in 1912 when they were first introduced. Royal Warrants are a mark of recognition to individuals or companies who have always been regarded as demonstrating excellence and quality and are highly prized.
Corney and Barrow currently holds two Royal Warrants, as suppliers to HM Queen Elizabeth II and HRH The Prince of Wales. They are the only wine company to have held three Royal Warrants concurrently, As suppliers to HM Queen  Elizabeth II, HRH The Prince of Wales and, formerly, the late HM Queen Elizabeth,The Queen Mother.

The evening will commence at 7:00pm followed by dinner around 8:30pm. The price for dinner with wines & the tasting is £60.00 per person, if you would like to stay overnight & enjoy an Imperial breakfast in the morning the cost is £70.00 per bedroom for two guests sharing.
